Finally getting around to indexing my Korean journ Finally getting around to indexing my Korean journal! πŸ’œ

This is my official journal where I have been taking notes for about 3 months. I know it seems so short for 3 months, but I don’t have much time to study and any notes I take about textbooks I use are kept in my textbooks and not here. So this is really just TTMIK and very occasionally Memrise or Busuu 😁

I’m excited to see it filled!! Hopefully I can manage that this year 😍

My (current) favorite websites to use to learn Spa My (current) favorite websites to use to learn Spanish! πŸ’»

(I occasionally use Busuu and Duolingo on my laptop, but I tend to use them more via their apps, so I didnt include them in this list πŸ˜™)

You can find my website with the full master list of resources via the link in my IG profile or you can just use this direct link: https://plurilingualism.com/master-post-of-spanish-resources/ πŸ’œ

The resources mentioned:

🌿 SpanishDict: my favorite resource for Spanish! It has soooo many amazing features and every Spanish learner (no matter the level or goal) can always get something out of it. I highly, highly recommend it!

πŸƒ Todo Claro: a great site for helpful worksheets and exercises. I mostly use this site for grammar, but they also have some new vocab and cultural resources too!

🌿 Telemundo: I’m sure every Spanish learner knows this site, but it’s as popular as it is for a reason! Everything entertainment related (news, videos, reports, TV shows, articles, etc) can all be found on this site.

πŸƒ Spotify: another resource everyone knows! I have really been enjoying Doorway to Mexico lately. Its perfect for intermediate learners and it gives lots of great info for those with a focus on Latin American Spanish, in general, and especially those wanting to learn Mexican Spanish (like me!).

🌿 El verdadero robo del siglo: this limited series podcast is so interesting! Its produced in part with Duolingo and its very well made. Its very short, though, with only 6 episodes. It talks all about a very famous and interesting bank robbery in Argentina!

πŸƒ Netflix and Disney+: another resource that everyone knows, but for a reason! Netflix offers a feature to β€˜browse by language’ where you can filter by dubbing, subbing, or original language spoken. Disney+ has yet to offer anything like this (or to offer too many foreign options, in general!), but they are really, really good about offering soooo many dubbing and subbing options on ALL of their content and they have both European and Latin American Spanish.

Halli hallo! πŸ‹ Long time, no see! I can’t b Halli hallo! πŸ‹ Long time, no see!

I can’t believe this is my first time posting (and my first real week studying again!) since March 2nd ! !

We got back from our trip to Portugal and Spain and the next day had an apartment viewing. We were called the day after and offered the apartment!!! We will move in around mid April and it’s been so crazy organizing everything lately. Going from relaxing vacay right into stress is never easy πŸ˜‚πŸ‘Œ

But I’m happy to start to get back into a new routine and to study again. And so excited to move into a new home and have a new, (hopefully) amazing study and workspace!!!

My March language goals spread πŸ€ This is my fa My March language goals spread πŸ€

This is my favorite part of the month. Looking back at my last months achievements and goals and then making the next month's plan. It is fun and creative and mindful and I love it. This month is quite similar to last month, in terms of the actual goals. I am still taking it fairly slow, as I still have lots of stuff going on in my life right now that I cannot change and takes up a lot more time than I would wish. Despite this, though, I am very excited to start to slowly pick the pace back up in March! I hope to finally crack up some new books and textbooks I got and I am really hoping to finish some great books this month! (Hopefully at least 2 in Spanish!) 😍

Have you made any goals for this month? OR are you more of a yearly or even weekly goal setter - or no goals at all!? πŸ˜„

Goodbye February! πŸ’‹ It is the shortest month o Goodbye February! πŸ’‹

It is the shortest month of the year, but I didnt think it would fly by SO fast!! It felt like 5 days long, haha. (Is anybody else shocked that we are quickly approaching the 25% mark for this year already???)

As you can see, I still didnt have much time this month for language learning this month. I am still in a difficult situation and my husband and I are STILL looking for an apartment, so there are still a lot of white spaces. This is disappointing to me, but I expected it. As long as I try my best and get at least half done, I am happy with my language learning progress! And that is just what I did this month πŸ‘

Usually, I get the most done in Spanish and Korean and the least in the other 3 languages. This month, I clearly got the most done in Portuguese!!! I didn't do too hot with Korean, on the other hand. I am very surprised to see this! I did have much less on my goal list for Portuguese, but still. Korean is one of my higher priority languages and so I will need to pay a bit more attention to it next month πŸ’•

Did you guys make any goals this past month and did you manage to hit most/all of them? πŸ€—
