Due to the nature of digital items, once purchased and the download link is sent out (which is immediately after purchase and is a link that will never expire), they cannot be returned.
As Plurilingualism is a shop that sells only digital downloads, the site-wide policy is that no refunds will be accepted and no orders are able to be cancelled after they are placed.
